TVE is the television channel operates under the umbrella of E-FM Company Limited. TVE is 24-hours free to air television and the commercial and entertainment television channel with its headquarter centered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

They are the shareholders of E-FM Company Limited which also owns E-FM radio station.
Apart from being one of the shareholder and CEO of E-FM Company Limited, Francis Antony Ciza owns more than one night club located in various regions in the country. He previously worked as and DJ at Magic FM radio.
